About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform Expert with deep experience in large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations, platform governance, and enterprise solution design. The role requires strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dynamics 365 Project Operations, and Dataverse, as well as the ability to apply fit-to-standard principles in complex business environments.

Responsibilities
Lead and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations from solution design through to go-live.
Participate in complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
Define and implement platform standards, best practices, and governance guidelines.
Support the evolution of the platform after go-live, ensuring continuous improvement.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems.
Work across development, test, and production environments.
Translate business requirements into standard Dynamics capabilities aligned with enterprise needs.
Requirements
15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
Proven experience in enterprise implementations from solution design to go-live.
Experience in complex projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Experience in environments with strong governance and high quality standards.
Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Service.
Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
Strong ability to apply standard Dynamics capabilities to real business scenarios.
Experience in CRM processes, Project Management, and Asset Management.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
Ability to define and implement platform standards and best practices.
Experience working in development, test, and production environments.
Strong understanding of fit-to-standard principles in Dynamics implementations.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other corporate systems.
Ability to support platform evolution and post-go-live enhancements.
Experience defining governance guidelines for Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Certifications
Dynamics 365 certifications.
Power Platform / Solution Architect certification.
