About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology projects across diverse domains, ensuring delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards. The role requires acting transversally across technological domains, conducting comprehensive process analysis, aligning technical teams with business stakeholders, and applying ITIL service management best practices while demonstrating deep expertise in areas like cybersecurity, ITSM, cloud, and infrastructure.

Lead end-to-end technology projects ensuring timeline, budget, and quality compliance.
Act transversally across technological domains (cybersecurity, ITSM, data center, cloud, automation, observability, networking, firewalls).
Conduct comprehensive analysis and process design.
Promote alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Validate and structure technical solutions with subject matter expertise.
Apply ITIL service management best practices.
Ensure governance, documentation, and continuous service monitoring.
Technical Experience (proven experience in several areas):
Cybersecurity
ITSM (IT Service Management)
Data Center
Cloud (public and/or hybrid)
Automation
Observability
Networking
Firewalls
Additional Requirements
Solid technical background (infrastructure/systems/networks/security).
Experience in ITIL framework service management.
Ability to operate in consulting contexts with critical, structured thinking.
