About the Role
We are looking for a Senior SQL Server DBA with minimum 10 years of experience in database administration, specializing in SQL Server OLTP, AlwaysOn Availability Groups, and Azure SQL. The role focuses on performance analysis and optimization, application troubleshooting in .NET/IIS stacks, and ensuring high availability and reliability of mission-critical database environments.

Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant SQL Server database administration roles.
Advanced knowledge in:
SQL Server OLTP
AlwaysOn Availability Groups
Azure SQL
Proven experience in performance analysis and optimization.
Experience troubleshooting application issues in .NET and IIS stacks.
Knowledge of OLAP and SSIS (preferred).
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (preferred).
High level of documentation rigor and attention to detail.
Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and analytical capabilities.
Language Requirements
English B2 or higher (mandatory for technical documentation).
Portuguese fluency (preferred for team coordination).
