About the Role
We are looking for a Team Lead & Tech Lead with a strong background in Infrastructure, Cloud, and Automation, to lead technical operations and architecture across hybrid and cloud environments. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight, guiding teams and projects focused on system reliability, scalability, and automation excellence.
Requirements
Profile Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
At least 3 years in technical leadership or architecture roles.
Background as a SysAdmin / Linux Engineer or Windows Engineer, with career growth toward Tech Leadership.
Proven experience in technology project management or coordination within PMO environments.
Excellent communication, team coordination, and solution-oriented mindset.
English level B2 or higher (documentation and technical meetings).
Technical Expertise
Design and management of hybrid architectures (on-premises + Azure and/or AWS).
Virtualization technologies: VMware, Hyper-V.
Strong knowledge of networking, security, and storage.
Management of Microsoft services (Active Directory, M365) and Linux environments.
Experience with backup and monitoring tools.
Automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, or Python, preferably with Ansible or Terraform.
Storage and backup expertise: Veeam, NetApp, Dell EMC, or similar.
Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and firewalls.
Experience leading technical teams or mentoring engineers.
Nice to Have
Certifications such as AZ-104, VMware VCP, RHCSA, or Veeam VMCE.
Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), or DevOps practices.
