About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Tech Lead .NET + React to provide technical leadership to a development team. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in both back-end with .NET Core and front-end with React, and be able to drive technical excellence, architecture, and clean code best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields.
8+ years of experience with .Net Core.
4+ years of experience with ReactJS.
Solid experience in developing RESTful WebAPI.
Knowledge of ORMs (Entity Framework Core or Dapper).
Experience with Message Brokers (RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka).
Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
Experience with relational databases (SQL Server / PostgreSQL).
Experience in developing Web SPAs using React.
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit).
Proficiency in Git and the Gitflow workflow.
Experience with Clean Code / Clean Architecture.
Experience with containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
Knowledge of the Ágora Design System.
Experience in configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
English B1/C1 level.
Fluent in Portuguese.
Resident in Portugal (Mandatory).
Available for a hybrid work model in Lisbon.
