About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Lead Cloud/DevOps with a strong infrastructure background and solid experience in cloud-native architectures, Infrastructure as Code, and modern CI/CD and observability practices, capable of leading technical squads and designing hybrid environments. You will drive the technical vision, support engineering teams in complex implementations, and ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud and on-prem platforms.

Minimum 7 years of experience in infrastructure, with 3+ years in technical leadership and architecture roles.
Background as SysAdmin/Linux Engineer or Windows Engineer, having grown into a Tech Lead role.
Relevant experience in technology project management or coordination within PMOs.
Strong expertise in:
Azure cloud-native (advanced PaaS and IaaS).
Infrastructure as Code in production (Terraform/Bicep).
Structured CI/CD (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions).
Modern observability (Dynatrace, Grafana, pipeline integrations).
Technical leadership of engineering squads.
Hybrid architectures (on-prem + Azure and/or AWS).
Virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V), networks, security, and storage.
Microsoft services (AD, M365), Linux, backup, and monitoring.
Automation with PowerShell, Bash, Python (ideally Ansible or Terraform).
Storage and backup (Veeam, NetApp, Dell EMC, etc.).
Networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, firewalls).
Experience in team management or technical mentoring.
Excellent communication skills and solution‑oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
Certifications such as AZ‑104, VMware VCP, RHCSA, Veeam VMCE.
Experience with CI/CD, containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices.
Language Requirements
English B2 or higher for documentation and technical meetings.
