About the Role
We are seeking a Senior professional with 10+ years of experience in technical leadership and hybrid infrastructure architecture (on-prem and Azure). The Infrastructure Tech Lead / Cloud & Sysadmin will be responsible for ensuring the availability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency of platforms. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of Windows/Linux, AD/M365, VMware, and networking, with a focus on governance, security, HA/DR, monitoring, and automation (PowerShell/Terraform), and will guide the team, define standards, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields.
Years of Experience: 7+ years in Infra/Sysadmin, and 2+ years of technical team leadership experience.
Systems Proficiency: Strong experience with Windows/AD, M365/Exchange Online, VMware/Hyper-V, networking, and security.
Cloud (Azure): Proven experience with Azure (Entra ID identities, networking, governance, and FinOps cost management).
Business Continuity: Experience with Backups/DR (Veeam) and end-to-end monitoring.
Automation and IaC: Proficiency in Automation (PowerShell) and basic knowledge of IaC (Infrastructure as Code), including Terraform/ARM/Ansible and Bash/Python.
Frameworks: Experience with ITIL and incident/change management.
Leadership/Communication: Excellent soft skills, technical leadership capability, and communication skills.
Valued Knowledge: Landing Zones, Well-Architected Framework, FinOps, DevOps/ITIL practices.
Languages: Fluent Portuguese; Intermediate/Advanced English.
Other Valued Experience: Intune/MECM (SCCM), Defender, Fortinet/Palo Alto, Certifications (Azure Administrator/Architect, Microsoft, VMware, ITIL), experience in contexts with events/high demand peaks and on-call.
