About the Role
We are looking for a Tx Access Network Engineer with solid knowledge of CWDM, DWDM, IP/MPLS networks, hands-on experience in installation and configuration of network elements (routers, switches), and familiarity with Cisco/Nokia/Huawei equipment including optics. The role requires understanding of 2G/4G/5G technologies, microwave (MW), and FTTx connectivity, plus project management skills and automation/scripting capabilities.

Experience in installation and configuration of IP network elements (routers, switches).
Hands-on experience with Cisco/Nokia/Huawei network elements (optics, routers, switches).
Knowledge of 2G/4G/5G technologies, microwave (MW) connectivity and fiber (FTTx) connectivity solutions.
Automation & scripting tools development experience is a plus.
Software engineering knowledge: Python, software frameworks, REST API, CNC, etc.
Project management experience.
English language proficiency (spoken and written).
Mandatory technical / professional qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
Cisco Certification CCNA.
Language requirements
Fluent English (spoken and written).
